Novak Djokovic Reveals Secret Behind “Energy Disc” Healing

Novak Djokovic recently made headlines after using an interview with GQ to reveal details about an “energy disc” that he claims has helped him overcome various health issues throughout his career.

In a video posted on Instagram, Djokovic showcased a green disc designed by a Serbian engineer. According to Djokovic, the disc creates a special electromagnetic field with healing properties:

“This is an energy disc that creates an electromagnetic field around it, and the secret lies in its design,” Djokovic explained.
“When you place it on a specific part of your body, for example, your stomach if you’re dealing with digestive issues or stress before a match, it generates heat. Then, it helps enhance metabolic function or reduces inflammation in certain areas.”

Djokovic revealed that the disc was specially created for him by a doctor-engineer from Serbia. He also shared that he owns several of these discs and carries them wherever he goes:
“When I fly on a plane, I put it on my head or somewhere on my body. However, I shouldn’t keep it on for too long because its effects work within 20-30 minutes.”
