“We’ve been watching every game on TV,” she expressed. “If we can’t be here, we definitely watch on the screen.” Christensen is not just an ordinary fan; she has experience in volleyball in many roles, from player to coach and referee. This enhances her understanding and passion for the sport and the team.

As a season ticket holder, Christensen had the chance to follow Grand Rapids Rise through their pre-season practices.
